Decoys have an important and cost effective role in modern warfare. Their level of sophistication can vary from a purely visual representation, to a decoy with both thermal and radar signatures. Dummy targets whilst similar to decoys would normally be deployed to represent an enemy's equipment for the purpose of recognition training or as an actual target. AlP's full-size, inflatable, armoured vehicle decoys and targets are manufactured from a lightweight rubberised fabric and are designed to withstand rough handling and use in rugged conditions. To ensure realism, the decoys utilise appropriate paintwork to define important features thereby improving the overall fidelity. In addition, major external features are represented, giving an accurate outline and shadow projection. The decoys are easy to deploy, inflate and deflate.
AIP's inflatable water storage tanks are typically used to provide an easily transportable and flexible container for the storage of drinking (potable) water where a mains supply does not exist. In addition to military usage, the tanks can be used in emergency, disaster relief and commercial situations. The tanks are lightweight, have a low-packed volume and are man-portable. The materials used in the manufacture of the water tanks have been designed for high-strength and abrasion resistance, and have been proven in the harshest of climates and in the most difficult of terrains. The tanks can be inflated and ready for use in under five minutes and require no ancillary framework. Tanks are available ranging in size from 1820 litres (400 gallons) to 90920 litres (20000 gallons).
AIP design and manufacture heavy duty, flexible gas storage containers for collection purposes or in-line processes. The containers which are manufactured from polyurethane coated nylon or neoprene coated nylon fabric, are extremely tough and puncture resistant. Containers can be supplied in standard sizes or to customer specifications.
