From a manufacturing facility occupying 2664 sq m of workshop space under one roof, AML can offer customers the latest in machining, fabrication and finishing capabilities.
At the core of the AML facility, is a modern Machine Shop incorporating a number of CNC and automatic milling, turning and drilling machines and lathes. Many of the machines are large capacity, capable of continuous running and in-cycle, second operation. In addition, a number of conventional grinding, milling and turning machines are available for prototyping, small batch runs and Tool Room work
By utilising the extensive in-house design, tooling and manufacturing capabilities, AML can:
- Manufacture systems and harness/equipment fittings to meet specific customer requirements
- Carry out short and long run close tolerance component manufacture
- Execute high quality, build-to-print work for the aerospace and specialist engineering industries
